Spring Recital

March and April were whirlwinds of activity, and we finished out last month with Ella's Spring gymnastics recital.  

She had a lot of excited fans there to watch her.

In the weeks leading up to recital day, Ella wanted to pray that she wouldn't get stage fright.  We prayed every day that she wouldn't be afraid and would remember what to do and have fun.  In the video clips you can see her coach asking her, "Where is this coming from?"  because apparently she was on fire and doing better than she did during practice.  We are so proud of her and thankful for the opportunity to grow in confidence that gymnastics has given her.  Perhaps less importantly, but she's also grown in strength and flexibility.
